I chose ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú because it offered me the opportunity to be involved in many different areas of student life, while still being able to receive a great education. I wanted to be a part of the close-knit environment between students and their professors.

The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú honored retiring president Dr. Ken Tucker during commencement exercises on December 13, naming him President Emeritus upon his forthcoming retirement at the end of the year. Tucker is the first in the institution’s history to be recognized as president emeritus.
